In der alts. E. H. erscheint diese bildung, so weit ich
urtheilen kann, nur einmahl im cap. von Christi taufe,
wo der dat. geleic-nesse (similitudine) auf ein neutr. gelic-
nessi deutet. Allein man darf hieraus nicht gerade eine
gleiche seltenheit der form in der alts. prosa folgern (s.
das ags.). Auch zeigen die niederd. psalmen viele -nussi,
wie es scheint, lauter neutra; wenigstens läßt sich dieses
