Auswanderern empfehle ich diesen von mir berei-
teten Fleischbiscuit. Jeder Zwieback enthält die Kraft
von reichlich 1 / 4 des besten Fleisches, und ist sowohl
hart, als mit etwas Salz aufgekocht, eine wohl-
schmeckende, äußerst nahrhafte Speise, welche wesentlich
dazu beitragen wird auf der Reise gesund zu erhalten,
und sich eine angenehme Abwechselung in der Schiffs-
kost zu verschaffen.
