Die Einregistrirung kann zu jeder Zeit vor und nach dem
Erscheinen bewirkt werden und bedingt nur das Klagerecht,
nicht die Erwerbung oder Erhaltung des geistigen Eigenthumes1).
Eintragungen, welche widerrechtlich zum Nachtheile des Ver-
lagsberechtigten erfolgt sind, werden auf gerichtliches Urtheil
ausgelöscht (sect. 14. a. a. O.).

Die Einregistrirung der Sculpturen erfolgt nach der Acte
vom 14. August 1850 (14 Victoria cap. 104) sect. 6 in dem
Verzeichnisse der Waarenmuster. Die Einregistrirung muss auf
jeder Copie oder jedem Abgusse mit dem Datum vermerkt
sein (sect. 7).

In Bezug auf die Verjährung der Nachdrucksklage
sind nur im Englischen Rechte eigenthümliche Vorschriften ge-
geben. Die Klage muss binnen zwölf Kalendermonaten nach
der Veranstaltung des Nachdrucks2), bei Sculpturen3) und
Zeichnungen4) binnen sechs Kalendermonaten angestellt werden.

whenever thereunto reasonably required, give a copy of any entry in
such book certified under his hand and impressed with the stamp of
the said company -- and such copies so certified and impressed shall

of copyright or licence as therein expressed, but subject to be rebut-
ted by other evidence, and in the case of dramatic or musical pieces

any summary proceeding in respect of any infringement of such copy-

the Stationers Company of such book pursuant to this act; provided
always that the omission to make such entry shall not affect the copy-
right in any book, but only the right to sue or proceed in respect of
the infringement thereof as aforesaid.

next after such offence committed."
